The 2014 Spread Love Felabration marks the 7th year commemoration to the beloved and revered Fela Anikulapo Kuti. This event brings hundreds of souls together to pay homage to the life and spirit of Fela through music, dance, art, and celebration. Year over year it has proven to be nothing less than an amazing experience.
K Civ is humbled and honored to perform in tribute at this year's Felabration in Atlanta, Ga with DJ Kemit, Rich Medina, DJ Ausar, and Ancient Deep. In promotion of Spread Love Felabration K Civ, who has been dubbed the "Fela Edit King", has compiled a few of his favorite Fela songs in a continuous dj mix.
While these are K Civ's favorites, we leave the power in the music, and hope that you begin or continue to deepen your appreciation for all that Fela brings………… Fela Lives!
